DUSTIN: Jason, how often should I change my oil?
JASON: That is a fantastic question, probably one of the most common questions we get from our customers. The number one rule: follow your manufacturer's guideline. But as your vehicle ages, your manufacturer's guideline may no longer be accurate, so a typical range is anywhere between three and 5,000 miles.
DUSTIN: Outstanding. Does it matter what type of oil?
JASON: It does. Most oils nowadays are going to be a synthetic blend or a full synthetic oil so the better type of oil the longer you can go on your oil change intervals so your full synthetic you're going to be anywhere from that 5 to 7500 range.
DUSTIN: Outstanding. I appreciate the information!
