Very good at explaining possible repairs and parts needed. After actual repair was done let me know that some parts and repairs weren't required..so my cost was less than estimate...very trustworthy, helpful, and go the extra mile!

These guys are great! They bend over backwards to get you in ASAP when you have an emergency repair. They analyze the problem they don't try to sell you something you don't need and best of all they do the job right the first time. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

They were to me within minutes of me calling for a tow. They explained the problem on the spot and had an estimate to me by the morning. I was able to pay a deposit over the phone and they had my car completed by the next day. Polite staff and they took great care of my car!

This is absolutely the best experience I have had with a mechanic. He went over the entire car and let me know EVERYTHING that needed fixed. Then he let me know what needed attention asap and what could wait if I needed to. He explained what each part did on the car in simple terms I could understand and what to expect when the car was finished since I had to wait on a few of the repairs. His prices were very reasonable and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good mechanic.

I normally don't do too many reviews but I have to take the time to explain my experience as these guys are rare these days. I had to have the radiator replaced my Son's Sprinter van and Excite is top shelf. They are very competitive on prices, do high quality work, and extremely conscientious . They treat you like you are a lifelong customer, even though I never met them before. They take time to explain what you don't know and Ed and Dustin want to make sure you are satisfied. They will be my top recommendation for friends and family.
